not buying it, Lewis…all meaning is contrived, created in our heads…one photo, like one painting can have just as much meaning as a series, if we say it does…
Baltz makes a valid point, as do you. It’s not either/or. I generally go with single images too, but I’m becoming more intrigued with the idea of series. Single photos that work together to strengthen and expand a theme.
One reason I post these quotes is that they can be food for thought. Contrary opinions are always welcome and encouraged. It keeps things interesting. Thanks for yours.
